General Enquiries 1. How can I contact you? You can drop us an email at contact@nutristic.com.sg 2. How long will you take to reply my email? Kindly give us between 1 - 2 working days to reply your email.  Shipping 1. I have not received my parcel after more than a week, what should I do? We are using tracked courier service and they usually take 2-3 working days to deliver the parcels to your door-step after we handover the parcels to them. Do contact us at contact@nutristic.com.sg and we will check on the shipping status on your behalf. 2. Some/all of the items that I received are damaged, what should I do? Do contact us at contact@nutristic.com.sg and we will resolve this issue. it will be helpful if you can take a photo of the damaged items and attach it with the email so that we can assist you better. 3. Can I amend / cancel my order after it is placed? Kindly contact us and we will see what we can do for you!  4. Do you provide self collection? We apologise that we do not provide any self-collection at this moment. Payment 1. How do I make payment for my order? You can pay through a PayPal or Credit/Debit card at the checkout page. 2. Can I make payment through PayNow/Bank Transfer? Contact us at contact@nutristic.com.sg and we will work something out.
