Singpost takes 3-5 working days to mail the parcel to you. For registered postage, we will send you via email your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. To track your parcel, please visit www.singpost.com and key in your tracking number. For normal postage, if you do not receive it after 14 working days from date of posting, your parcel might be a lost mail. Kindly contact us and we will our best to assist you!
